A Bit About Me

Thank you for taking the time to explore my doula services and congratulations on your baby journey! I am Ann Campbell, a certified Professional Birth Doula and owner of Middle Space Doula, LLC.

In 2019, my daughter-in-law asked me to consider being her birth doula. At that time, I didn’t know what a doula was! But, her request has led me along an absolutely wonderful path.

With a background in community-based Social Work, I have always loved supporting people through periods of transition and transformation. My doula path allows me to continue my passion for supporting families AND have the rewarding and exciting addition of birth and babies!

My greatest joys in life have been marriage and motherhood. My husband and I became parents in the ’90s, raising two boys who have grown into pretty fantastic young men (pardon my bias!). Along the way, I have gained a daughter-in-law and grandson who mean the world to me. While birth protocols have changed since my babies were born, birth physiology hasn’t.

I enjoy bringing my interest in mindset, mindfulness and energy into my doula support. My goal as your doula is to help you feel more knowledgeable, calm, and in touch with your body and intuition.

When not at a birth, I enjoy reading, traveling, all things Bravo TV, and coffee! Having been born and raised in Northern Minnesota and spending most of my adult years in Massachusetts, the thing I enjoy most in Colorado is the sunshine!

I love helping clients achieve the most positive and joyful experience possible. It is such an honor to be present at each Birth Day! If you think we would partner well together, please reach out. I would love to chat and get to know YOU.
