Reiki Level 1 Class

In Reiki Level 1 you will learn to give Reiki energy to yourself, your family, and others. This workshop will include the history of Reiki and principles of energy related to the system of Reiki. You will practice both self-Reiki and giving a treatment to someone else. You will leave this class with a Level 1 manual and certification in the Usui Ryoho tradition of Reiki.
